CABINLIVO Privacy Policy
1. Website operator
The CABINLIVO website at cabinlivo.com is operated by 保定沧诺商贸有限公司. The company uses Baoding Cangnuo Trading Co., Ltd. as its English name.

2. Information we collect
When you submit a product enquiry through the Contact form, we collect the business contact information and purchasing requirements you provide:
- Your name, company name, business email, target market, product category and description of your requirements.
- Any estimated order quantity, selected product model, company type, purchasing timeframe, annual quantity and customization requirements that you choose to provide.
- Any other information you choose to include in your message.
Where applicable, the enquiry record also includes the selected product, model and SKU. The current public Contact form does not provide file upload.
3. How we use enquiry information
We use enquiry information to receive, review and respond to product enquiries; understand purchasing and OEM/ODM requirements; conduct related business communication and follow-up; maintain enquiry records; and limit duplicate or excessive submissions.
After successful submission, the enquiry is saved as a private record in the website's WordPress database and receives a reference number beginning with CL-. Authorized website administrators can review it.
Some enquiries may trigger an internal email notification; others may be held for review. An attempt to send a notification does not prove that an email was delivered.
4. Cookies and technical information
The website uses the pll_language cookie to support a visitor's language selection.
To limit duplicate or excessive submissions, the enquiry program creates short-lived salted hashes derived from connection and submission information. The inspected enquiry fields do not directly store the visitor's raw IP address.
The website server and hosting services may process access logs and other technical information needed to operate the site. The exact records and retention depend on the hosting environment.
5. Planned analytics and advertising tracking
CABINLIVO plans to use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to assess website and advertising performance. These tools are not currently enabled.
A consent mechanism for non-essential cookies has been agreed as a requirement but has not yet been implemented. Before enabling non-essential tracking, visitors must be able to accept, reject and later adjust their choices where required by applicable law. Where prior consent is required, such tracking must not load before consent.
Rejecting non-essential cookies should not prevent normal product browsing or enquiry submission.
6. Third-party services
Current pages request fonts from Google Fonts. If you choose a WhatsApp contact link, your browser opens WhatsApp and the link may include information about the selected product.
If you use a direct email link, the message you choose to send is handled by your email application and the relevant email service. These third parties may process information under their own privacy notices.
Hosting and email services may also process information needed to operate the website; the services involved depend on the hosting and email configuration.
7. Retention and deletion
Product enquiry records are to be kept for 2 years from the submission date. After that period, an administrator will periodically review and manually remove records that have reached the end of the retention period.
The system does not currently provide automatic deletion. Earlier copies of enquiry records may remain in database backups and are handled under the applicable backup process.
Where applicable law requires a longer or shorter period, the information will be handled accordingly.
8. Privacy requests
You may contact postmaster@henghonggroup.net to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information concerning you. We will take appropriate steps to verify the requester and handle the request manually according to applicable law and the information actually held.
9. Article comments
New comments on website articles are disabled.
10. Changes to this policy
If the website's information collection methods, third-party services or other privacy practices change, this policy will be updated to reflect the actual practices.
